Business & Creative Placemaking

This Nordic Talk will argue for creative placemaking as an innovative and profitable business. The speakers will discuss the challenges in making cities more attractive to investors, and the possible solutions found in creative placemaking through culture and community-led initiatives. As in the previous talk, the talk named "Design & Creative Placemaking", this talk will also address the well-being of current and future residents. We want to bring awareness to the issue of creating affordable and realistic spaces where the creative community is included and considered - and with this talk, we aim to present how this benefits investors in the long run. Cities are expanding all around the world, and successful urban development calls for innovative practices.
