Energy Security as Driver for the Green Transition

Until now, climate ambitions have been the main driver for Nordic countries' expansion in renewables. However, in today’s geopolitical situation, renewable energy sources have become a key enabler to achieve reduced dependency on energy imports as well. This Nordic Talks event will discuss how Japan and Nordic countries can further exploit their renewable energy resources to become more independent while making their energy consumption more sustainable.

Date of the event: December 8th, 2022, 10:30-12:00 (Japanese Standard Time), followed by a lunch reception.
