Entrepreneur Olavur Gregersen from the Faroe Islands, food scientist professor Ingrid Undeland from Chalmers University and marine ecologist professor Dorthe Krause-Jensen talk about the ties between current research and industry, and the actions we all need to do to reach the required impact.
