Join this talk to hear the Head of the Children, Youth and Families Unit at the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare, Dr. Johanna Lammi-Taskula, the former minister of Social Protection - who oversaw the implementation of paid parental leave in Ireland, Senator Regina Doherty, and Dr. Ingela Naumann from the University of Edinburgh, discuss how universal social services and financial support for parents create more equal societies.

The Nordic Talks will ask the right questions and ultimatelly discuss which steps that are required to bring parental leave in Ireland closer to the Nordic model.
