Indigenous Peoples in World Politics

How do the social and political status quo interfere with the sustainable development of Indigenous Peoples and their participation in world politics? Is there a process of coordination and communication between their community members - across borders - on sustainable development and is there a collected Indigenous voice when it comes to climate change?
