The pressure is growing on changing our food systems. The planet can only take so much of this stress. Staying within its environmental limits will require a global shift towards healthy and more plant-based diets, halving food loss and waste, and improving farming practices and technologies. But one thing that tends to be forgotten when dealing with the challenges that need strong and urgent collaboration - is to bring Joy to the table. What could become of the world if we focused on joy when designing our food systems?
