How to make tech work for democracy

As the world becomes more digital, we need to have trust in digital services. After all, new technologies bring new possibilities for positive expansion and inclusion. At the same time, new technologies can be a danger to democratic developments, as there is a clear digital divide where services are not developed inclusively, nor is it equally accessible. Furthermore, technology affects all aspects of security and foreign policy, but while technologies are in place, they are not always on the political agenda. So how can we place the digital transformation on the political agenda, and how can we make it fair and socially just?
