How to achieve a better work-life balance?
Work-life balance has been in the news a lot recently. A healthy work-life balance allows everyone to excel at work, at the same time as they care for their personal well-being outside the office. However, the Covid-19 pandemic, followed by isolations and burnouts, made us rethink strategies and priorities, in the search for new ways to establish balance.
The Nordic countries are often considered to be best-in-class when it comes to promoting work-life balance. What can we learn from them? How can we, on a state, organisational and individual level, improve our responses to the new challenges?
