Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace: LGBTQIA+ – Inclusion, Intersectionality & Equity

The upcoming talk will address the key topic of diversity within the LGBTQIA+ community and how their intersectional identities compound and create varying experiences within the workplace. We will also discuss how understanding and recognizing the intersectional dynamic between different gender identities, sexual preferences and other identities is also paramount to be truly inclusive of everyone in the workplace.
