Global Supply Chains - Enforcing Science Based Target Adoption through supply chain

This Nordic Talk will focus on how companies, both Nordic and global, use science-based targets to transition and lower emissions from their businesses. The talk will highlight and discuss the benefits, both for companies and societies in general, in setting such targets. Furthermore, we will dive into the interconnectedness between climate and nature, and how science-based targets for nature also will become increasingly important for companies to consider.

Science-based targets are an important and concrete tool to use during COP28, and more importantly, in achieving the Paris Agreement. The talk will therefore seek to inspire and encourage participants at COP28 to set science-based targets for their companies.
