Tech talks transforming the future of food

Urgent transformation of the global food system is critical for human health, environmental sustainability, and planetary well-being. Food has a central role in shaping economies, communities, and cultures. Moreover, recent global challenges like a pandemic and conflicts has emphasized the need for stable, accessible food supplies. 

The 12th Nordic Talks Korea will explore sustainable Food Tech, focusing on advanced technologies that has the potential to discover new ingredients, preservation techniques, smart kitchen technology, as well as other solutions. The event will gather business leaders, entrepreneurs, and academics from the Nordics and Korea for a day of dialogue and knowledge-sharing. Finnish and Swedish experts will discuss new sustainable ingredients, Korean experts will provide insights into local food challenges, while Danish and Norwegian ambassadors will offer national perspectives. The event will conclude with a networking session featuring dishes made from innovative ingredients.
